Health Plan: Retina Center of Vermont covers 80% of monthly premium and annual deductible (the latter requires employees to open a qualified health savings account)
Dental and Vision Plans: Retina Center of Vermont partners with Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce’s VACE program to offer competitive dental and vision insurance rates
401 K Plans: Employees are eligible to join Retina Center of Vermont’s 401k plan after one year. Retina Center of Vermont offers up to 7% employer match (including 3% Safe Harbor) contribution
Front-loaded PTO: First-year employees are given 136 hours of flexible PTO (for planned and unplanned absence). After their first year, employees are given an additional 40 hours of PTO per year.
