Dr. Hinkle attended college at Yale and earned his medical degree at University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and his fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery at Wills Eye Hospital. He has been practicing in Vermont since 2022.
